Mr. Sayan is currently assigned to teach general music and team teach beginning band at Jenkins Creek Elementary School in the Kent School District located in Covington, WA.
In addition to teaching general music, Mr. Sayan directs Jag Choir and works with his other district music collegues to improve teaching throughout the district. Mr. Sayan is active in the following community performance ensembles: Highline Community Symphonic Band Maple Valley Big Band HCSB Trombone Quartet and Participates in the Midsummer Musical Retreat. * General Music means teaching many areas including vocal, theory, instrumental, historical, and emotional learning.
